Aldi Grocery UK - Wrong products in box
Bought the ice coolers lollies, meant to be 2 of each flavour but I have 3 strawberry, 2 tropical and 1 blackcurrant! It wouldnt be an issue by Im hugely intolerant to strawberry so I give them away, now I only get 3 lollies instead of 4 Cry its happened before but I had 3 tropical so it was win win

The Kavanghs organic porridge oat I bought this last week and and 3 weeks before are the same quality when opened, there is plenty of Brocken oat bran or shells as it in the picture you could see. I have told the store manager and he told me that he will escalate to the quality team. But nothing happened so far. And the 4 pack Avacado, they are rotten when ready to eat. Please could you do something about it So nowadays I am buying 2pack avacado, still not satisfied with the quality.

I had a bed experience at Aldi

This morning, on my way to work, I walked into Aldi in South Harrow to do my shopping. At the moments, I am comparing prices between the shops I shop at.

Which are Sainsbury's and Lidl. I got a trolley and I did my shopping, when I went to the till the tills were closed, and I asked a young lady who was that the self-service I said my shopping is too much to put through the self-service and I asked her if they can open one of the tills. She said no in a rude way and said I can use the self-service. I said my shopping won't fit into the self-service, she replied by saying stop shouting and use the self-service.

I said I was not shouting, and she replied by saying you are in a rude way.

I am deaf, and I didn't think I was shouting.

When it was my turn to get to the self-service I was anxious I started putting my shopping through. I stopped and ask to speak to a manger, and she replied she was the manger.

Furthermore, I left the store without buying anything, I felt I was bullied out of the store by someone with no manners. As I was walking out I remembered my £1 coin I put inside the trolley, but I was too scared to go back.

She wasted my valuable time. I don't think I will ever go back there.

Hi
I am a disabled ex-serviceman and struggle to walk etc unaided so use a walkingstick.
A few weeks ago 16/17th October l drove into your North Cheam store to puck up a few bits.
I remember the day clearly as beung a blue badge holder l was frustrated at the fact that the disabled bay had a vehicle in it and not one if them had a blue badge displayed.
So after fluffing about l parked in a none disabled bay and went in the store.
Bought my groceries which was not much as l was feeling unwell having just had an MIR at Epsom Hospital.
I returned to my car and left the car park and drove home.
Can you imagine the shock.l had being a pensioner on low income, that l received a parking demand for £40?
I never knew anything about having to give my registration etc
I was informed by Parking Eye that there was sufficient signage as l drove in informing me?
Really?
1, l followed a van in so any signage would abd could not be seen.
My eyes were firmly seeking out a disabled bay as they should have been.
Driving and looking for one sign is stressful enough without trying to discover predentary money-generating ones.
I am so disgusted l will never use Aldi again!
And l have gone on the Veterans
The social media page of 30,000 plus telling them how you treat us.
Charging me £46 for a £6 basket of goods is robbery.
How come Lidl doesn't do it?
Or Tesco Sainsburys etc.
I have even got it uploaded to a couple of YouTube channels, and it was one called The Black Belt Barristers who suggested l contact you as it was so unfair!
Thank you

Last week I visited your Aldi store in Gillingham Kent and purchased a bottle of wine for £19.99,I have the receipt. Today I visited the Canterbury store and imagine my surprise and anger when the same wine has been discounted to £8.99 !! I understand a small discount but £10 is a considerable sum, especially in these times when money is tight

Tried to find out just how Aldi could justify an 85.2% increase in the price of this product from£2.99 to £5.42. Phone CS and was told the they don't answer queries of this sort and was told Head Office were the only one's who could help but...THEY DIDN'T HAVE A NUMBER!! And all my goldfish ride pushbikes.

Aldi installed self checkout with large bagging areas for large shops, but today I was chased from self checkout for using a trolley it blocks the road but others were allowed through, this meant my frozen stuff had begun to defrost as I had to pack it all out to pay then have it all thrown back at me by the miserable assistant going through the till, then I had to move to another counter to repack it all over again! Disgusting waste of time from rude staff who told me oh we just do as we are told tell management not us!

Used Click & collect for the first time this weekend from Sleaford - a disappointing experience- whilst I accept your £4.99 charge for the service I did find it very steep when you could only provide 2 of my items out of the 5 I requested thereby making my purchase expensive not sure I will be quite so keen to use this facility in the future or recommend it My Order. Poor customer service

Made a complaint as I had bought some pies and they had been opened and two had been removed, I hadn't bought them locally but was told I could take them back to my local shop but couldn't guarantee they'd accept my complaint then she cut me off, rang back and it sounded like the same person but she claimed it wasn't and refused to give me her full name, she said they were only customer service and couldn't speak for the individual shops
